Robert Irwin, author of Prayer Cushions of the Flesh. Has lectured on Arabic and Middle Eastern History at the universities of London, Cambridge and Oxford.
Other novels include, The Arabian Nightmare (1983), The Limits of Vision (1986), The Mysteries of Algiers (1988) and Exquisite Corpse (1995).

Magnus Irvin is an artist. He has worked as a scenic artist on films, theatre and TV. productions for over 20 years and has made and directed many of his own low-budget films. He has had his films shown in numerous festivals and on TV and as an artist has exhibited widely in many galleries including The Redfern Gallery, Whitechapel Art Gallery and numerous venues abroad. He represented England in the 1993 Ljubljana Print Biennale and won 1st. prize in the Sotheby/ Shrewsbury Open Competition this year. He is editor of The Daily Twit, (if it makes sense we won’t publish it), now in its 25th year.
He also has works purchased by The British Museum, The Victoria and Albert Museum and the British Arts Council Collection.

Ray Mc.Neill has worked as propmaster on many films and TV productions including Bend It Like Beckham, Mean Machine and The Virgin of Liverpool. He has just finished working on the film Bride and Prejudice the Bollywood Musical.
